It Started with a Weird Bigfoot Video
In 2018, we didn’t have a business plan. We had a grainy, monotone video of a Bigfoot character trying to explain why his favorite forest was being turned into a parking lot.
Surprisingly, Fortune 500 executives started calling. They didn’t want fancy slides; they wanted that weirdly honest perspective on how hard it is to let go of the old forest.
Today, Change Happons is a movement dedicated to stripping away the corporate jargon. We use the absurdist lens of our monotone Bigfoot to talk about the messy, human, and often ridiculous reality of change management.
