One Friday Afternoon is where it all started
Change Happons is where change management gets a voice. Through sharp, honest storytelling led by a monotone Sasquatch known as Satchy, we explore how change really feels inside organisations and why people must sit at the centre of every transformation.
What began as satire has grown into a community shining a light on the change profession and putting it where it belongs: front and centre.
It started with a single video. A vlog following Satchy, a monotone Sasquatch navigating the daily realities of life as a change manager. Shared on LinkedIn, it said the things many of us are too polite to admit about change. The response was overwhelming.
What started as a creative experiment has grown into a platform advocating for change that is honest, practical, and human.
Because at the end of every transformation, it is not the system alone that determines success.
It is the people.

What We Do
We use storytelling to make change feel more human, more honest, and easier to understand.
That is stronger than “something people can actually understand and laugh about.” Humour still matters, but it is not the core purpose. Human understanding is.
